Green Automobiles has reached a landmark milestone — over 500 electric vans now on Nepal's roads, spanning every province in the country.
Since delivering its first AIMO EV van in 2019, the company has steadily expanded its footprint across Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Koshi and Madhesh provinces. The milestone reflects growing confidence among passenger operators and fleet businesses in the reliability and economics of electric mobility.
Together, these vehicles have avoided an estimated 3,200 tonnes of CO₂ emissions compared with an equivalent diesel fleet — while saving operators up to 80% on running costs.
"Every van we deliver is a step toward cleaner air and lower costs for Nepali businesses."
With the upcoming Neosea launch and an expanding charging network, the company is targeting the next 5,000 EVs as part of its 2030 vision for electric mobility in Nepal.
